The Saint Helena Giant Hoopoe. Here’s my interpretation of the extinct Giant Hoopoe bird (also known as the Saint Helena Hoopoe) for the Ghosts of Gone Birds exhibition in London this November (have a look at the amazing list of artists involved!). I’ve provided a 2D rendition and Felt Mistress will be working her magic on a 3D version based on my illustration.
